Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Positioning
- Develop market positioning strategies for the brands and products: Skingenuity, Sebbin, Hyacorp, and Croquis.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose product development plans.
- Plan product launches and marketing campaigns.
Marketing & Communication
- Create content, manage fan pages, and execute digital media campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional activities such as scientific seminars, customer conferences, and hands-on workshops.
- Collaborate with KOLs, doctors, and experts to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, articles, videos, etc.) for the product.
Events & Training
- Organize scientific seminars, CMEs, customer conferences, and clinical training events.
- Support training for sales teams and doctors on product knowledge and clinical application.
- Work with international partners to implement advanced training programs.
Partner & Business Management
- Collaborate with foreign partners on business plans, marketing strategies, and product importation.
- Support the sales team in market development, customer consultation, and service.
- Monitor sales, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in medical devices or aesthetic products.
- In-depth understanding of the aesthetic market and experience organizing seminars and workshops.
- Strong communication skills, especially in working with doctors and international partners.
- Excellent writing skills and marketing content development.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
