Mô tả công việc

Acquire users through paid channels (ads, influencers, performance campaigns) and track UA performance
Build and grow organic communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter) through engagement strategies, content coordination, and event collaboration
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with Web3 projects, ecosystems (e.g. TON, Solana, Polygon), launchpads, guilds, and communities
Negotiate and manage B2B partnerships, publishing deals, and strategic collaborations
Act as the point of contact with external stakeholders: exchanges, marketplaces, wallets, and infrastructure partners
Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing pitch decks, documents, and participating in meetings
Research and analyze Web3 market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities
Work closely with project teams to align business goals with execution
Represent Skybull at industry events, networking sessions, and online communities

2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles in the Web3, crypto, or blockchain gaming industry
Strong network and understanding of the crypto ecosystem (VCs, launchpads, protocols, DAOs, etc.)
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) – able to present, pitch, and negotiate confidently
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong data analysis and market research skills, with the ability to identify insights and translate them into actions
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in building relationships and seeking opportunities
Able to work under high pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
Naturally curious and enthusiastic about exploring new trends, markets, and technologies
Passionate about games, blockchain technology, and innovation
Experience working in startups or game companies is a plus

Salary: up to $1,000
Salary review 2 times/year
Work equipment provided
Work 05 days/week (Off Saturday and Sunday)
2-month probation, receive 85% of official salary
