Your responsibility:
- Assist in advising on many legal matters and deals in the market, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), company incorporation, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring, foreign loans, licensing, etc.
- Assist in communicating, updating, and participating in meetings with clients and related parties as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates
- Assist in establishing contact and working with the competent State authorities and other relevant bodies, organizations
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by Associates and Senior Associates from time to time
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years of work experience in law firms
- Bachelor of Laws or higher (priority given to those having a Legal Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card)
- Strong English capabilities, especially legal English skills, equivalent to 6.5 IELTS.
- A willingness to assist in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars.
- A good attitude to learn building an understanding of clients and developing effective working relationships.
- An endeavor to establish a professional profile and internal networks.
- A willingness to learn, share experience and knowledge
- A desire and ability to grow, both as a corporate lawyer and as a leader.
