1. Lead the UA specialists and Designers (10+ members) to promote the growth marketing of ADFLY customer’ products, implement and optimize the User growth strategy.
2. Work closely with cross-team members to analyze product growth needs.
3. Formulate new growth marketing strategies to achieve business growth goals.
4. Cooperate with internal growth platforms to utilize and expand UA's mid-stage capabilities.
5. Build, train, lead a good team, achieve industry-leading results, and create growth opportunities for the team.
6. Others assigned by Direct Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Willing to build a strong Marketing Team, focus on User Growth.
2. Experienced in Game/Mobile APP UA & Material Creative ability (experienced in participating in live video shooting is strongly preferred).
3. Experienced in building/managing strong Marketing Team is an advantage
Working time: full time from Monday - Friday: 9:00 to 18:15, lunch break from 12:00-13:15
