Senior Associate
Mô tả công việc
> Spearhead and manage projects to support the client in ensuring law compliance or dealing with various issues (regulatory/economic/political) encountered in the course of business
> Review and revise project deliverable (regulatory/economic/political assessment) developed by team members and maintain high standard of professional service
> Motivate consultant team, coach, support and provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to junior members
> Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients
> Undertake other project and firm development works as required.

KEY COMPETENCIES
> Effective team management and leadership
> Critical thinking and demonstrated abilities to lead in-depth assessment of legal/economic/political issues
> Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Vietnamese
WORK EXPERIENCE
> 5 years of professional experience in legal practices and/or economic policy assessment
> Experience with law enforcement bodies is an advantage
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
> Education background in legal, and/or economic and/or public policy area
> Holding a Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage
