LEGAL INTERNS/ASSISTANTS
Immigration & outbound investment services
Job Description:
- Assisting the Attorney in reviewing contracts/agreements in relation to immigration process between the Firm and Partners/Investors/Clients or due diligence execution on portfolio off-shore properties: real-estate project, investment funding.
- Assisting Attorney in local Countries in building strong and convincing records for clients.
- Researching legal requirements and guidelines to build internal processing applications for all outbound investment and immigration products.
- Advising Clients how to prepare their Permanent Residence/citizenship/outbound investment application; and implementing and reviewing the application processing to apply outbound investment and/or immigration products for clients.
- Keeping track of record progress and give timely support.
- Multi-tasks as line manager requirements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Law/ Business/ Law
- Excellent in English including translations skills and good use of computer office software.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-player
- Detail-orientation, work under pressure of deadlines.
