Mô tả công việc

Researching Law and Provide Legal Advice on Various Legal Issues;
Updating Legal News, Legal Articles, Legal Infographic, Updating & Reporting the Taxation & Labour, Case Law and report on legal issues;
Assisting Lawyer in meetings; contact and update Client for updating the Case;
Drafting various types of legal documents including contracts, memos and legal opinions; and
Assisting in optimizing processes and internal workflow.

The Bachelor of Laws or the Sophomore or Junior major in Law with GPA at 7/10 or higher;
Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent);
Logical mindset and legal analysis skills;
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Professional attitude and appearance, flexibility;
Capacity to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working in the high pressure but professional, friendly and willingto-share environment;
Practical assignments and mentorship;
Enjoying the benefit & allowance including Happy Lunch Weekly, Quarterly Party and others as the Firm’s Policy;
Travelling fee support…
Receiving the training course in:
- How to work smartly in the 1st week.
- Rules, suggestion for writing and completing a Legal Article, Legal Infographic, Updating & Reporting the Taxation & Labour (3rd - 4th week)
- Doing Business in Vietnam (Investment Law) in the 5th – 7th week;
- Typical Enterprise & Investment Procedures/Dossier (Enterprise Law) in the 8th – 12th week.
Opportunity to become the potential internship for the next 0306 months after the Initial Period with the allowance fee per month in addition (“Potential Period”).
Opportunity to become the parttime staff after the Potential Period;
Opportunity to become fulltime Legal Assistant based on the candidate’s performance;
Duration of internship period, the scholarship for the official intern getting the outstanding academic achievement & working effectively, the BLG’s scholarship shall be gifted for such candidates depending on the Firm’s sole assessment.
