Chuyên viên Pháp lý (Legal Specialist)
Mô tả công việc
- Find out information, analyze and evaluate legal aspects for potential investment projects; Analyze, identify and give evaluation opinions to support investment decisions;
- Drafting documents, documents, approvals, contracts, etc. for projects that are decided by competent authorities of the Company; Participating in the process of negotiating, setting up investment projects, applying for approval and approval at state agencies;
- Participate in fundraising activities and other work related to project phases;
- Providing professional support and monitoring activities for subsidiaries, joint ventures, joint ventures and associates
- Drafting and appraising contracts and legal documents in the operation of enterprises;
- Provide professional support to relevant Departments/Departments, business units and companies;
- Update information on changes in legal regulations and policies of the State related to the organization, operation and business of enterprises;
- Perform other jobs according to the functions, duties and regulations of the Company.

- In charge of the legal department of the company
- Implement the company's development plan;

- Implement targeted projects, schemes and programs in specialized fields;
- Perform work according to functions, tasks and powers;
- Implement the company's rules, regulations and procedures
- Professional requirements Understand the legal regulations in general and the law in the field of investment and business
- Competency/skills Ability, qualities and style/attitude/leadership, communication, application/application of problem solving.
- Education/professional qualifications Bachelor of Laws or investment-related disciplines or Lawyers who advise on investment projects, law degrees
- Years of work experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
* Working location: Office or on-site.

Gross salary: agree (paid on 28th date of a month)
- Bonus:
+ 13th-month salary/ Lương tháng 13
+ Year-end bonus according to Company’s business performance/
- Full-time from Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm), Saturday (9.00 pm – 12.00 pm)
