Mô tả công việc

* Responsibility
- Training machine operation for sample team member
- 5S/ Lean implementation and improvements
- Improve efficiency of the sample team/ machine (APQ + Material usage + Worker movement + Automation)
- Discuss with Mold/ Development/Production team for tooling improvement based on mold evaluation and technical issue
* Duty :
- Following and having responsibility for new sample tooling projects given from the Development Manager or related departments
- Evaluating new tooling projects and keeping update the status of those new projects to any related departments
- Train Staff in Injection molding
- Identifying any concerning issues on tooling and injection parts
- Inform and report to Development Manager (Marketing Manager)
- Follow up the mold testing
- Check recularly settings of running machines
- Implement SOP/ IDS (Injection data sheet)
- Work close with Mold Shop, Color room and QC in order to improve the sample team and later for production
* Saturday half day working

* Competence :
- Share and suggest any related opinions of new development projects
- Suggest for mold improvements
- Suggest options for solving the tooling issues
* Knowledges
- English
- Plastic injection knowledge
- Awareness of Mold Making and Mold Design
- Computer skill
- OEE system/ FPS
* THE IMPORTANT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS (Important connections/contacts between departments or customers)
- Mold Shop Manager
- Production Manager/ PPIC
- Development Manager
- Color room Manager
* Working experiences
- 6 years experience of Production/ Plastic injection
- Working in manufacturing companies in a technical department
- Lean management in company
- Tooling experiances
