Tuyển Nhân Viên Trade Marketing Admin
Mô tả công việc
- Takes lead on cross - functional coordination to assist Brand teams and build good relationship with other departments as well as key accounts
- Take lead on promotion programs of Marketing Team (consolidate promotions, register promotions at HCM Trade Department, prepare file to upload promotions on AX system, deploy promotions to other Department)
- Take lead on contract/booking of rental display, sampling/ cooking demo/ activation & payment
- Update & track trading term of key accounts - including conditions, listing fee, marketing budget and follow up payment
- Update & follow up Vietnam’s Food Safety regulations to get Visa for imported products
- Prepare documents for Visa registration
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly report
- Others works assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 1 year experience at Trade Admin or Sales Admin in FMCG company
- Good team work & communication with other departments
- Good command of PowerPoint & Excel
- Able to work under pressured
- Commercial oriented skills
- Good numeric skill
- Timeline committed
- Good English.
