Mô tả công việc
- Control legal risks for the company's contracts, commitments to agreements
- Participate in legal risk assessment for company projects
- Receive, draft and review authorization documents in accordance with regulations
- Manage the Company's authorization system, report periodically and as required. Archiving, accessing authorized documents of the whole Company
- Storing, managing legal documents under the scope of management in accordance with the Company's regulations
- Implement management and registration of ownership for intellectual property assets
- Carry out business registration, adjust business registration certificate for the Company and manage business registration certificate
- Coordinate with departments to handle arising disputes.
- Update new legal documents to ensure that legal documents affecting the Company's operations are promptly identified.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Experience:
- Have at least 05 years of experience in an equivalent position at an equivalent company size in the FMCG industry.
- Having project legal experience is an advantage
2. Knowledge:
- Graduated from University of Commercial Law
- Having a legal practice certificate is an advantage
- Have an industrial property certification or equivalent course
- Office computer: proficient in Microsoft Office, with B degree in computers or equivalent
- Good written and conversational English (Toeic 700 or equivalent) and capable of using English in law
3. Skill:
- Good communication skill
- Negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- High integrity.
