Mô tả công việc

Assisting seniors in contacting, liaising, and discussing with clients to collect information, records, and documents related to the matters; updating clients on the course of resolving the matters;
Contacting and working with competent State authorities; other relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to deliver the most effective results to clients;
Researching and drafting legal advices in the corporate, investment, and labour sectors;
Drafting and submitting the applications for any licensing matters, including the establishment of investment projects, RO, Branch, or other forms and any amendments that may arise; and
Other advisory works as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

About 1-2 year of work experience in law firms and/or legal departments in multinational companies;
Bachelor of Laws or higher (priority given to those having a Legal Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card);
Strong English capabilities, especially legal English skills;
Detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure/deadlines;
A willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars;
A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships;
An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks;
A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks; and
A desire and ability to grow, both as a corporate lawyer and as a leader.

Competitive base salary in range of VND 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 depending on actual experience;
