Thực tập sinh Pháp lý (Full-time 2022)
Mô tả công việc
- Conduct research on legal, investment and tax issues/regulations assigned by legal Team of the Firm;
- Analyze legal issues, figured out solutions, and wrote letters of advice under the guidance of the direct supervisor and manager;
- Prepare and deliver presentations as assigned;
- Write reports on a number of legal issues under instruction;
- Assist legal team for legal file management;
- Prepare documents and file application for entity setup with the State Competent Agencies;
- In charge of administrative work for legal Department;
- Other tasked assigned by Legal Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background in economics, law and other related fields.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese;
- Microsoft office skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline;
- Hard-working, careful, enthusiastic, patient and willing to learn.
- Have chance to have stipend if having good performance;
- Have chance to be promoted to an official position;
- Professional and dynamic working environment for candidate's development;
- Well trained as a permanent staff by experienced accountants;
- Reference letter if the candidate requests;
