Client Communication & Project Management

• Direct client interaction: Communicate daily with international clients to gather project requirements, clarify specifications, and maintain strong business relationships
• Requirements analysis: Translate client needs into clear technical specifications and actionable development tasks
• Project planning: Create detailed project timelines, milestone definitions, and resource allocation plans
• Progress reporting: Deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports to clients, including status updates, completed deliverables, and upcoming milestones

Team Leadership & Management

• Task delegation: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them effectively across team members based on skills and capacity
• Team coordination: Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and professional development support to junior and mid-level developers
• Performance monitoring: Track individual and team productivity while maintaining high code quality standards

Technical Leadership

• Architecture decisions: Design and oversee the technical architecture of projects using NestJS and NextJS frameworks
• Code review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Technology evaluation: Research and recommend new tools, libraries, and methodologies to improve development efficiency
• Quality assurance: Implement and maintain testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Technical Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with NestJS framework for backend development
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with NextJS framework for frontend development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web development practices
• Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, and containerization
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design

Communication & Leadership Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with international customers
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing development teams (3+ developers)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Professional Experience

• Minimum 6 years of overall software development experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership or senior developer role
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with additional frameworks/technologies (React, Vue.js, Express.js)
• Knowledge of mobile development (React Native or similar)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Previous experience working with international clients in different time zones
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications
