Position summary:

The QC Supervisor is responsible for leading the quality control team to ensure that products consistently meet company standards, customer specifications, and applicable quality requirements. This role develops and implements effective quality control systems, monitors quality performance, collaborates with production and suppliers to resolve quality issues, and drives corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop the QC team; assign daily tasks, allocate workload, and monitor team performance to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspection standards, work instructions, and related quality documentation.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with customers to conduct AQL inspections and ensure products achieve satisfactory AQL inspection results prior to shipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and suppliers to investigate quality issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Review inspection and audit results, analyze quality trends and recurring defects, follow up on corrective and improvement action plans, and provide timely reports, recommendations, and escalation of significant quality risks, customer complaints, or unresolved issues to the Quality Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Support customer quality requirements, complaint investigations, and corrective action responses when required.
• Recommend improvements to quality standards, inspection methods, work instructions, training plans, and quality control processes to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency.
• Undertake other duties as requested by direct leadership or company management to support business needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Educational background in Textile/Garment Technology, Quality Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience with a proven track record will also be considered.
• Proficient in verbal and written Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in English via email and prepare reports in English.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field, including supervisory or team-lead experience. Experience in fabrics/textiles, upholstered furniture, or fabric-to-furniture integration is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, inspection methods, defect analysis, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong skills in reading sewing specs, technical drawings, and audit standards, with a preference for U.S. market quality standard expertise.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, business units, and geographies.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and remain self-motivated to achieve assigned goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use relevant software applications to support daily work activities.
• A conscientious, detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and supportive team player.
• Willingness to travel as required.
