Position: Payroll Intern
Type of internship: full time is preferable
Job Description:
- Assist payroll team in conducting Payroll, SHUI and PIT reports.
- Support team in working with the authority about PIT and SHUI issues.
- Assist in on-boarding process for new employees (issuing labor contracts, gather initial personal information and documents).
- Send, keep and follow mailing record from team and customer.
- Manage and maintain team database relating to employees’ and clients’ documents.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Be a third- year/ final year/ fresh-graduated students have interest in working in Payroll Service
- Have basic knowledge about Labor, SHUI and PIT Law
- Have experience in any field related to Payroll Service is a plus.
- Possess good command of English (must) and MS. Office.
- Hold the ability to work efficiently and closely in a team.
- Be responsible, hard-working and meticulous with assigned tasks
- Be eager to take challenges and expand knowledge to new fields.
Working place: District 3 - HCMC (Mon-Fri)
Duration: 6 months
