* Acting as a General Office Manager:
(i) Handling daily admin work required at the office
(ii) Maintaining the corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations
(iii) Taking messages/instruction from the Partners, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate staff member
(iv) Handling admin-related requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally to the people in the office
(v) Arranging meetings and appointments and provide reminders, where necessary
(vi) Arranging executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements to Partners and Associates when they are on business trips
(vii) Working with and maintain good relationships with vendors and attempt to get best price on supplies and external services
(viii) On behalf of Partner, presenting and explaining office policies to the personnel
(ix) Stabilizing and developing an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records for all the cases of a law firm
(x) Other admin work of a law firm
* Acting as a Human Resource Manager:
(i) Managing human resource activities, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor contract and other labor relations
(ii) Proposing, developing and implementing all human resources policies for motivating people and keeping them happy at DIMAC
(iii) Dealing with necessary work relating to recruitment, promotion, discipline, personnel administration and other employee relation
(iv) Working with the accounting to propose the system of proper salary for all people of DIMAC
(v) Responding inquiries/questions of the people quickly and reasonably for the matters related to firm’s policies, procedures and programs
(vi) Discuss with the Managing Partners to solve all problems related to employees benefits
(vii) Other HR work of a law firm
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Obtaining good knowledge, various essential skills and experience in Office and HR Management
- Having more three (03) year experiences with the same position
- Getting a bachelor degree in personnel management or economic with certificate of Admin and HR gained
- Good at English for speaking, reading and writing skills
