Mô tả công việc

Directly get in touch, communicate, and work with clients to gather information, files, and documents relevant to the case, frequently update clients on the process and your progress;
Get in touch and work with the competent authority, other companies, organisations, and individuals to deliver the most effective results to clients;
Directly solve matters in a range of areas: consultancy, civil, criminal, commercial, labour, marriage & family,…
Examine files, collect evidence, draft documents, devise plans and resolution strategies;
Participate in trials and arbitrations, negotiate with the opposition and relevant parties, protect the legal rights and benefits of clients as their attorney or authorised representative.
Other tasks is assigned directly by Managing Partner.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

A degree in Law (LLB at minimum) and a legal practising certificate (prioritise those with lawyer card);
Must have 3-5 years of experience at a similar position, especially in solving matters related to commercial and criminal law;
Must be good in English with level equivalent to IELTS 6.5;
Good moralities, high carefullness in working;
Hard and drive-to-result working spirit, dedication to work overtime, discipline to follow the deadline;
Critical thinking with progressive and analytical mindset;
Good working attitude, professional demeanor;
