Mô tả công việc

Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues related to cases.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
Develop and implement litigation strategies.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Bachelor of Laws or higher, admission to the bar and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Competitive base salary in range of VND 35,000,000 – 50,000,000 depending on actual experience;
