I. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is to assist the Legal Manager in providing legal advice and assistance to Skechers Vietnam Trading Limited.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Drafting/reviewing legal documentation and contracts to be entered into by the Skechers Vietnam Trading Limited and its nominee company to ensure protection of its interest in compliance with the laws;
(2) Maintaining and safekeeping of all legal documentation and contracts once they are signed;
(3) Giving legal advice and assistance to the Skechers Vietnam Trading Limited whenever
requested.
(4) Dealing with other legal related issues as delegated by the Legal Manager from time to time, including but not limited to reviewing schemes and notice on advertisements/promotions; preparing documents for the Client to submit to the competent authorities.
(5) Advising the Skechers Vietnam Trading Limited in implementation of compliance related matters such as intellectual property, code of conduct, import export, daily operation, lease agreement, sales contract...
(6) Other legal assistance under delegation.

(1) Academic/ Professional Qualifications
- Law degree
- Lawyer certificate (Optional)
(2) Language Proficiency
- Proficient in English (spoken/written).
(3) Experience
- Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience
(4) Specialized knowledge or skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills
