iKame Global is seeking a proactive Legal Officer to join us. You will help with all legal-related work of the company, in particular ensuring our business and new products/features comply with international regulations & platform policies. Currently among the Top 5 Global Game Studios, and Top 3 App company in SEA, iKame is building a sustainable business which is distinctive, meaningful and admirable. And your role is vital to that vision!
Key job duties:
- Provide legal support and advice on various issues in company’s daily business and operations
- Ensure full compliance for regulated products, including monitoring all periodic reports to relevant local authorities, and all other compliance requirements.
- Provide legal analysis for new market, new products/features or new regulations that impact iKame’s business
- Draft, review & update contracts, T&C and other communication materials applicable to the relevant product/services/features
- Coordinate all Intellectual Property related tasks and registrations, including registration of IP trademark, dealing with DMCA, and protecting all products/services from possible IP infringement
- Consult and join in as the representative of iKame to the resolve conflicts with customers and partners, if any
- Key liaison person with external legal counsel / providers and partners
- Planning, developing, and providing training to staff on legal issues on an ad-hoc basis and as part of established training programs in relation to legal and compliance policies., including Platform Policies such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- You have certified degrees in Law
- You have proven track record of deal execution and negotiating complex agreements with partners and vendors
- Preferable experience in dealing with local & international licensing authorities, especially relating to IP management
- Preferable experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies
- You are fluent in English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the international context
- You are adaptable, positive, possess a can-do spirit, quick action and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent communication skills to communicate complex legal issues and advice
