Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support the team in preparing case files and maintaining organized legal records.
- Participate in client meetings, take minutes, and provide follow-up actions.
- Liaise with governmental authorities and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in compliance checks and the preparation of reports.
- Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Law degree.
- Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in gaining experience across diverse legal fields.
- Possesses excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Displays a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
