About Level Advise

Level Advise is a consulting firm based in Ho Chi Minh City, providing end-to-end support for foreign entrepreneurs and companies operating in Vietnam. Our services cover legal advisory, corporate compliance, HR, and administrative procedures, with a strong focus on practical solutions and direct client interaction.
We work primarily with foreign investors, offering a dynamic environment for those who want to gain real exposure to cross-border business operations in Vietnam.

What you will do

As a Legal Intern, you will support the team in daily legal and administrative work, including:
Assisting in preparing documents for company incorporation (IRC, ERC) and post-licensing procedures
Supporting processes related to work permits, visas, and TRCs for foreign clients
Conducting legal research and summarizing regulations
Assisting in drafting contracts and internal documents
Supporting communication and coordination with government authorities
Providing general support to ongoing client projects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Background in Law (final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with early-stage experience are welcome)
Basic understanding of Vietnamese corporate and investment law is an advantage
Good English reading and writing skills (working with foreign clients)
Careful, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work full-time
Interest in consulting environment and working with foreign businesses.
Address: Ho Chi Minh City - District 3 (Xuan Hoa).

Allowance: 4,500,000 VND/month
