Legal Associate
Mô tả công việc
- Advising on many legal matters and deals in the market, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), company incorporation, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring, foreign loans, licensing, etc.
- Directly in communicating, updating, and participating in meetings with clients and related parties as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates.
- Establishing contact and work with the competent State authorities and other relevant bodies, organizations.
- Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner and Senior Associates from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 02 years of work experience in law firms and/or legal departments in multinational companies.
- Bachelor of Laws or higher (priority given to those having a Legal Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card).
- Strong English capabilities, especially legal English skills, equivalent to 6.5 IELTS.
- A willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars.
- A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships.
- An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks.
- A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks.
- A desire and ability to grow, both as a corporate lawyer and as a leader.
