Lawyer (Specializing in Marriage & Family Matters)
Mô tả công việc
• Directly solve matters in a range of areas: marriage registration, prenuptial agreement, wills and estates, children matters, divorce & assets division, immigration, business start up;
• Directly get in touch, communicate, and work with clients to gather information, files, and documents relevant to the case, frequently update clients on the process and your progress;
• Contemplate dossiers, draft documents, devise plans for resolving cases;
• Contact and work with the competent State authorities, other relevant bodies, organizations and individuals to deliver the most effective results to clients;
• Assign tasks to your subordinates, supervise and instruct your subordinates to complete their tasks and be responsible for all assignments you are in charge;
• Other tasks are assigned directly by Chief Counsel.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A degree in Law (LLB at minimum) and a legal practicing certificate;
• At least 03 years of professional experience advising law in family law or immigration;
• Must be good in English with level equivalent to IELTS 6.5; capable of listening and speaking English
• Good moralities, highly professional demeanor & high carefulness in working;
• Hard and drive-to-result working spirit, dedication to work overtime, disciplined to meet the deadline;
