Mô tả công việc

Work on shifts to handle inbound channel of CRC Sports & Lifestyles (through emails, hotline, social channels,...)
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional experiences for customers
Communicating and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
Knowing products inside and out to give the best consultant for customers.
Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
Collecting customer database

At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in Customer Experience, Service, Fashion, Retail
Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
Customer oriented mindset and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to work under pressure to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Nice to have
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Able to work both independently and in team to come up with creative solution
