Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Leader

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Your very first role in Decathlon will be C&B Leader. Your career path will be discussed during the interview and developed based on your strength and interest in the years after (opened for HR or other fields).
As a C&B Leader, you:
- Co-build a fair and attractive package for team-members which in line with Company’s human strategies
- Ensure the compliance of Labor Contracts and other documents link to employment relation
- Manage and ensure the accuracy and in-time update of employees database
- Manage the supplier to make sure the payroll is accurate and paid in-time
- Manage the supplier to optimize the maximum the benefits of team-members
- Build-up, select and manage the service of relevant agents and/or partners for the best effectiveness
- Bench-mark with market and alert managers on relevant changes in the area
- Alert relevant persons about and support to avoid risks detected in your area
- Initiate and lead HR projects, transformation
- Analyze and make HR reports
- Support other parts in HR management

YOUR PROFILE
- Sportive and pro-active
- Good communication and Leadership
- Ready to make decision
- Good business sense
- Good at numbers and calculation, Excel
- Familiar with Words, Power Point, Google Mail
- Excellent English. Good Vietnamese speaking
- At least 03 year experience in HR with >=02 year in C&B
- Ready for traveling
