Chuyên Viên Marketing (Marketing Executive)

1. Develop business projects
- Join business development projects as required by the Company;
- Support the Superior to build and implement the overall digital marketing strategy:
- Monitor & update market trends and competitor activities to respond with appropriate digital marketing strategies;
- Work with partners/ vendors to design, develop and optimize e-commerce channels of the company;
- Work with internal & external partners and vendors to manage and optimize target business outcomes for new and existing products.
2. Customer services
- Manage hotline for product, provide consultancy and feedback to all customers’ queries related to product and services.
- Collect customers feedback, report to line manager and propose solution when necessary.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female/ Male, under 35
- University graduated and has minimum 2-year working experience in Digital Marketing, product is service, B to B to C experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience working with Digital platforms.
- Technical background with understanding about Marketing content, Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO, SEM
- Demonstrated business analytical, synthesis and quantitative skills including the ability to absorb large amounts of internal and external data and translate into actionable information to make effective business decisions.
- Good at communication, presentation, negotiation, customer service and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail, time management and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent English.
*EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: In September 2021, or ASAP
*WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, Sun Red River Building, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi
- Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00 OR 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00.
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignment
