Advising on many legal matters and deals in the market, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), company incorporation, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring, foreign loans, licensing, etc.
Directly in communicating, updating, and participating in meetings with clients and related parties as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates
Establishing contact and work with the competent State authorities and other relevant bodies, organizations
Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner and Senior Associates from time to time

At least 03 years of work experience in law firms and/or legal departments in multinational companies
Bachelor of Laws or higher (priority given to those having a Legal Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card)
Strong English capabilities, especially legal English skills, equivalent to 6.5 IELTS.
A willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars.
A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships.
An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks.
A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks.
A desire and ability to grow, both as a corporate lawyer and as a leader.
