Mô tả công việc
- Strong experience in 3D modeling and sculpting across characters, props, and environments — including retopology, UV mapping, and PBR texturing.
- Proficient in 3D rigging, able to prepare clean, animation-ready models with proper deformation.
- Able to create basic 3D animations (simple character actions, camera motions, gameplay loops).
- Skilled in crafting textures and materials for both realistic, stylized, and anime-inspired surfaces (albedo, roughness, metallic, etc.).
- Solid understanding of game mechanics, player experience, and how art contributes to gameplay.
- Able to produce and iterate quickly, test ideas fast, and refine visuals based on feedback and performance data.
- Passionate about games — you play, analyze, and consider how visuals elevate the gameplay experience.
- Strong aesthetic sense and reliable time management to maintain consistent art quality.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 02 years of experience as a game artist, particularly in mobile games.
- Proficiency with key 3D tools (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.).
- Strong artistic foundation and understanding of game art fundamentals, especially for stylized, anime art style
- Deep interest in games and how visual design shapes the player experience.
- Flexible across multiple art styles: stylized, anime, casual, semi-realistic, or realistic.
- Capable of handling multiple stages of the 3D pipeline: modeling, animation, rigging, VFX, and asset integration.
- Comfortable using AI tools/prompts to improve and speed up the 3D workflow.
Prefer candidates who are willing to:
- Work with VFX — including particles, special effects, shaders, and dynamic elements — to enhance gameplay.
- Work with Unity and real-time asset optimization workflows.
