Mô tả công việc

1. Warehouse On-Site Process Management:

Formulate, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of the warehouse, ensuring timely improvements are made by third parties. The four major KPIs include:

- Timely receipt rate
- Timely delivery rate
- Inventory accuracy rate
- Delivery accuracy rate

Oversee safety, 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), inventory checks, and ensure standardized operations at the warehouse managed by third parties.
Monitor third-party efficiency, personnel attrition rate, and changes in core management personnel.
Maintain close communication with regional warehouse management and corresponding professional line management at the headquarters to issue and train on system requirements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, lead pilot summaries of on-site operational micro-innovations, and provide feedback.
Cooperate with the management department to verify expense settlement data.
Check monthly expense settlements with third-party vendors.

2. Communication with Various Functional Areas of Business:

Procurement: Coordinate and handle returns and receipt exceptions.
Stock Control/Supply Chain: Manage business demand planning and inventory.
Carrier: Coordinate capacity demand and scheduling.
Store: Address discrepancies and process related documentation.
Technical Support: Report and track abnormal situations, including system fault tolerance and optimization.
Finance: Supervise on-site confirmation of profit and loss disposal, and confirm the settlement of value-added service fees.
Quality Control: Handle temporary reports and assess abnormal situations.
Other Temporary Work: Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: college degree or above.
Professional experience: More than 2 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management, familiar with ERP, WMS, OFFICE operations, strong data analysis ability, logical language expression ability,
Can use English at work (speaking and writing).
Strong communication skills.
Experience in team management of more than 50 people, Walmart, Carrefour, Darunhua, Meiyijia and other large supermarket warehousing work experience is preferred
