Mô tả công việc

1. Managing a good stock level:

- Managing plans for stock levels

- Establish forecast analysis to have the best stock possible according to the needs of each department.

- Writing reports and forecasting stock levels

- Liaising with Head of each Department to ensure supply meets demand

- Send purchase order to suppliers and follow up, until arrival of the products to the warehouse and the handle the payment document

2. Reporting:

- Make order/Receiving/Stock reports

- Build suppliers database with correct information (including contact/price/VAT rate/delivery leadtime...)

- Build correct articles database

- Make other regular report on request.

3. Logistic:

- Respect the delivery schedule & follow up the arrival of the delivery

- Ensure to transfer the goods between the warehouse and production department

- Must be done on time, following temperatures and shelf life of products.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor degree, Supply chain - Logistic degree.

- Minimum 2 year experience in retail industry

- Careful, honest, independent, hard working and eager to learn new things.

- Computer skills (Ms. Office,...), excellent competence in Excel required.

- Have knowledge in Fresh food & Retail Industry

- Analytical Skills: Work with multiple suppliers and products, so you must follow the stocks, sales and arrival shipment or order processing in order to avoid Out of Stock

- Calculate Skills: Basic math skills will be needed to analyze the sales, sales forecast and stock quantities
