Mô tả công việc

Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk
Provide legal advice on a new business model or special issue
Detect and advise to prevent legal risk arising during operations and activities of the company
Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/ modify the branch/ business location, registration of intellectual, property, corporate legal…
Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Legal Head.

Graduate form University of Law
3 years experience at the same position. At least 1 year of experience working in law firm or enterprise
Meticulous and pay attention to details
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management
Have a ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advice in a business environment
Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure
Hardworking, teamwork and result - oriented
Good command of English in writing & speaking.
