1. Project Legal:
- Advising the Board of Management all steps of the process to complete the legal procedures of Real Estate projects from identify legal issues in project planning, development, recognized investors, project investment approval, legal issue related land management (land use fee), permission tasks…
- Planning and conduct legal procedures necessarily to deploy real estate projects and legal issues related to real estate projects.
2. Legal Counsel:
- Contractual issues for company.
- Prepare, review, draft, comment on business agreements/contracts.
- Negotiate and finalize legal documents or support other departments in their business negotiation.
3. Government affair:
- Build up and manage relationship with authority to ensure legal services under good implementation.
4. Compliance:
- Review and improve the company rules, regulations and SOPs.
- Recommend corrective actions and suggest improvement of compliance system
- Manage legal and compliance function of the Company to align with Amata Corp's compliance
5. People development:
- Training, coaching and mentoring to build team up their knowledge, technical and soft skills.
Report to CEO Amata Vietnam.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law or other related fields.
- Over 5-year experience as manager level.
- Good at English skills.
- Lawyer license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently or as a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Good at government affair/ networking with authorities.
- Open-minded and good at negotiation and explanation.
