Mô tả công việc
- Research laws and regulations related to FDI for case studies and projects of clients.
- Assist on the preparation of content, input base on the research proceeded.
- Prepare and submit required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign capitalized company in Vietnam
- Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on client’s behalf
- Other assignments directed by manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Internship period: 06 months
- Full time or part time are accepted
- Students studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or fresh graduated from university in Law major
- Good research and analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Pro-activeness and foreign mindset
