Job Summary: Regulatory Officer is responsible for completion of proclamation/ registration submissions to VFA (Vietnam Food Administration) including: collect & review documents, prepare documentation, submit, follow up until get the approval of proclamations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collect, coordinate information and prepare regulatory documentation to submit to regulatory agencies or to commercial partners.
2. Timely compile materials for new proclamation registrations & renewals.
3. Maintain regulatory files/database in good order. Establish and maintain system for tracking changes in documents submitted.
4. Review the documents (Specification, CoA, label, analysis result, ISO/HACCP certification, etc….) for compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Responsible for registration on time.
6. Maintain current knowledge of local and international regulation/ guidance/ standards applicable to company products.
7. Work with analysis center, regulatory library, etc…& prepare the letters send to VFA on regulatory issues as assigned by superior.
8. Other duties related to regulatory as assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals/ Food and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage
• At least 2 year experience in related field
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Enthusiastic and service minded
• Good knowledge of food ingredients & food additives
• Expertise in online process of proclamation
