Based on assignment and instructions, the candidate is responsible for assisting managers/leaders in performing the following tasks:

• Conduct legal research for topics and projects for the Company, as well as upon request from Clients.
• Identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate or manage them effectively.
• Assisting in matters related to corporate governance, compliance and legal structure.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents and records to facilitate legal procedures for Clients, including engaging with Clients and liaising with authorities as needed.
• Draft and review various documents (contracts, agreements and other documents required)
• Oversee the implementation of Professional management activities within the Company, including but not limited to: 
• Ensuring the company complies with applicable laws and regulations, industry-specific regulations and standards,  at the same time advising on legal requirements.
• Assisting in creating and implementing internal policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements.
• Supporting in coordinating training sessions/educational programs relating to Professional management of each department within the Company.
• Proceed other assignments directed by the managers/leaders

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Internship period: 04 MONTHS – FULL TIME
• Students studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or fresh graduated from university in Law major
• Good research and analytical skills
• Good command of English 
• Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Pro-activeness and foreign mindset
