We have a dynamic team of professionals offering up to decades of experience of delivering Legal & Investment Advisory, Accounting and Tax and Translation and Localization.
With the key missions of offering an environment that enables colleagues to demonstrate their capabilities, focus on their work and create value that contributes to a company’s business success, we are now seeking member to be a part of our team for the Paralegal Intern position, working in Ho Chi Minh City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research laws and regulations related to FDI for case studies and projects of clients.
- Assist on the preparation of content, input base on the research proceeded.
- Prepare and submit required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign capitalized company in Vietnam
- Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on client’s behalf
- Other assignments directed by manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Internship period: 04 MONTHS - FULLTIME
- Students studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or fresh graduated from university in Law major
- Good research and analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Pro-activeness and foreign mindset
