Mô tả công việc

Marketing duties: (55%)

Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
Coordinating with Sales to create and carry out effective PR, marketing communication campaigns and promotional events.
Creating and developing new effective ways to communicate the company message to the distributors
Support in developing & managing company social media channel (Facebook, Google+, Instagram, YouTube).
Preparing marketing materials, including brochures, letters, press releases, video ...
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activitie

Trips promotion & Event duties (40%)

Being able to study and explain clearly all the trip promotion to distributors.
Handle registration of distributors participating in the “trip promotion” program for HCM.
Support/ Arrange visas, flights, local related services etc.. for qualified distributors to attend overseas trips/ events.
Organizing and supporting in company’s meetings, workshops, trainings activities.
Coordinate with Compliance team to prepare appropriate licenses for meetings/ workshop/ events in Hanoi and other provinces in the North.

Other duties as assigned (5%)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Vietnamese national.
Minimum of two years of experience in marketing role.
Excellent copywriting skills and experience.
Strong and confident communicator.
Good presentation skill or as a MC on stage is an advantage
Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills
Ability to travel & work under high pressure
Prefer experiences working for MLM/ Retail/ Pharmacist company
Ideally an University degree in marketing although not essential
Fluent in English is an advantage (spoken and written)
Design skills including graphics and web design is an advantage
