- Draw up training plans: Select appropriate training methods, training time and training duration
- Research information and analyze and carry out assessment of training needs based on skills or knowledge gaps of the employee
- Design, draw up training contents, training document
- Suppervise, organize training programs (outsourced and in - house)
- Train integration for new employees, train office skills, company cultures...
- Carry out evaluation procedures after training organization
- Other tasks assigned by the teamleader and department manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
a. Experience & Expertise
- Male/Female, graduated university in Human resources management, Education, Business management or related fields
- Preferred experience in training (Internal training in large manufaturing & commerce companies)
- Extensive knowledge of training process, training methods in the enterprise
b. Personal characteristics & Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Worked, Excel, Powpoint)
- Fluently in english
- Presentation skills, effective communications
- High discipline, able to work under high pressure
- Agility, Pro-active, eager to learn and creative
- Persistent, flexible and able to adapt to changes and challenges
