Mô tả công việc
- Conducting legal research on regulations regarding cases and clients’ requirements (primarily for foreign-invested enterprises and expatriates) across various legal fields such as investment, corporate, labor, contracts, commercial business, etc.;
- Supporting, preparing dossiers, and handling administrative procedures to obtain licenses and approvals from State Authorities in various sectors as per clients’ needs, including enterprise registration, investment registration, work permits, visa, temporary residence cards, etc.;
- Reviewing case files and proposing legal advice/solutions to clients;
- Drafting articles to update and disseminate legal regulations as assigned;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and other related documents;
- Liaising and working with the State Authorities, clients, other relevant organizations and individuals within the scope of assigned tasks;
- Collaborating with Lawyers in performing other legal matters;
Other duties as assigned by Lawyers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated in Law (Preference given to candidates from: Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, VNU-HCM University of Economics and Law, or Hanoi Law University);
- At least 03 years of experience working in law firms or Consulting firms in Vietnam;
- Practical experience in handling administrative procedures in fields such as investment, enterprise registration; retail outlet establishment licenses; e-commerce; healthcare; work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards for foreigners, etc. (Experience in investment and enterprise procedures is a mandatory requirement).
- Ability to use English for working (Proficiency in Korean is an advantage);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Solid grasp of basic legal knowledge;
- Strong legal research and logical analysis skills;
- Good legal writing skills;
- Candidates who are honest, meticulous, and highly responsible;
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
