1. Contract and document-related tasks:
• Draft, review documents/ contracts/ agreements/ official letters/ legal papers of the company.
• Support other departments in contract negotiation and modification.
• Build, update templates for the company’s operation/ activities.
• Translate/ review legal documents.
• Advise on legal issues related to documents, contracts of the company.
• Other documents as required.
2. Consultancy:
• Advise on legal issues related to activities of the company and provide solution in accordance with the law.
• Monitor and update the regulations in order to give advice and guidance to relevant departments upon request.
• Resolve complaints arising from contracts, civil relation between the company and partners or third parties.
• Advice on the development, amendment, and issuance of internal regulations, policies, charters of the company.
• Evaluate legal risks for new projects of the company.
3. Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and business support as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law University degree or higher (Similar major is acceptable).
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar or relevant position.
- Proficient in English (4 skills).
- Preferred candidates under 30 years old.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
