Public market deals transact in milliseconds, but private market transactions can take weeks or even months to close. Negotiating agreements, messy communication, cumbersome closing processes, and human errors complicate the completion of these private deals.
Anduin helps investors, fund managers, lawyers & companies facilitate these processes with workflow tools to reduce the time and effort it takes to close different types of private market transactions.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating both internal and client-facing projects. The legal operations manager will develop process improvement initiatives and use project management methodologies to assist legal assistants and staff find efficiencies in the way they organize and perform their work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective and clear workflow for legal form digitization
- Lead meetings, check-ins, and stand-ups, distributing key information in advance, keeping the team aligned and on track in order to achieve goals, and outline next steps
- Proactively communicate information, status, and obstacles to the clients and other relevant stakeholders
- Effectively develop relationships with team members across different functions (legal, engineering, sales, product) in order to ensure deliverables are met
- Successfully manage team members to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Work within our existing process of managing legal form digitization, assess its efficiency and present opportunities for improvement and additional structure when appropriate
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Ability to juggle a large number of different projects at once and ensure that they are all delivered on tight schedule deadlines which will require strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others, communicate efficiently and effectively and independently resolve issues in real time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without being overwhelmed
- Ability to think and act strategically regarding process and efficiency
- Have a strong desire to learn about company products and legaltech industry in general
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal
- A legal experience with or in a legal environment is a plus
