- Draft, negotiate and appraise all contracts related to the Company and Company’s operations in foreign markets
- Research, warn, analyze legal risks and provide advise for CEO on legal issues related to the Company's investment and business activities in foreign markets
- Represent the CEO to negotiate with partners or service providers in countries where the Company has representative offices, including the US, India, Canada, Indonesia, Singapore,...
- Legal updates: Research, analysis and provide legal advice on various aspects of capital development as well as business and operations of the Company
- Responsible for drafting, appraising and negotiating the International commercial service contracts signed with partners
- Consult and implement legal procedures for Company (establishment, separation, merger, transformation...) and Intellectual property registration procedures in abroad
- Systematize and update legal documents related to the company's business activities. Timely dissemination of newly issued legal documents and policies so that the departments of Company can promptly grasp and apply them to the company's operations.
- Implement the legal procedures related to the establishment and restructuring of companies and investment projects
- Research, regularly and promptly update changes in laws, circulars,.... related to the Company's business activities.
- Check the system of policies and ensure that the issuance and implementation of the Company's policies are consistent with the provisions of relevant laws.
- Manage legal documents, solve arising legal problems of the Company
- Other tasks as requested by the CEO

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from University with law major, preferred in International Commercial Law
- Fluent in English with 4 skills (required)
- Understanding of international commercial law system
- Good legal thinking with good application of legal regulations related to the Company's activities
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, often working with foreign partners
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis
- Communicate, negotiate, persuade, convey accurate information
- Ability to work independently and team work
- Cautious, risk assessment thinking and analytical thinking to come up with solutions
- Responsibility and enthusiasm for work.
