[Role Overview]

• Ensure that all operations of the Credit Information Company strictly comply with the legal framework, particularly regulations relating to digital data governance, personal data protection, and credit information security.
• Be responsible for controlling legal compliance and ensuring the safe collection, processing, and sharing of credit information.

[Key Responsibilities]

Personal Data Protection (PDP) & Data Compliance Management:

• Establish and operate the personal data protection function/personnel in accordance with legal regulations.
• Implement legal compliance consulting services, compliance assessments, process development (such as procedures for obtaining data subject consent), and monitor/control the Company's processing and exploitation of data and personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
• Directly prepare, maintain, and update Personal Data Processing Impact Assessment dossiers and Cross-border Data Transfer dossiers (if any) for submission to the competent personal data protection authority.
• Coordinate the handling of violations relating to personal data protection regulations in accordance with applicable laws.

Credit Information Service Compliance Management:

• Review operational conditions for the provision of credit information services and update templates and legal dossiers in compliance with regulations.
• Provide legal advice relating to the development of new technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Big Data in credit information processing.
• Coordinate the review and development of internal policies and regulations on information security.
• Advise on information system classification by security level.

Corporate Legal Affairs & Advisory:

• Draft and develop internal legal documents and regulations of the Company.
• Monitor legal compliance and provide legal advice/support to internal departments and divisions.
• Review contracts (including data sharing agreements, credit information service agreements, labor contracts, sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, etc.) and legal documents supporting the Company's business operations.
• Research and provide comments on draft regulations and legal documents as requested by competent state authorities.
• Prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports for the State Bank of Vietnam and other competent authorities.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or above (full-time program).
• Lawyer training certification is preferred.
• DPO (Data Protection Officer) certification is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in corporate legal affairs/compliance, preferably in the Finance, Banking, or technology/data sectors.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing the Personal Data Protection Law 2025, Data Law 2024, Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP, and other legal regulations relating to credit information service operations.

Skills:

• Capability to prepare in-depth legal impact assessment reports (DPIA).
• Strong legal English proficiency.
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills relating to data/technology matters.
