Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
- Draft legal memoranda, legal opinions, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Assist in due diligence exercises and document review.
- Assist in preparing transaction documents and corporate filings.
- Support Partners and Associates in client meetings, negotiations, and legal presentations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and prepare legal updates.
- Maintain accurate matter files and legal documentation.
- Other professional tasks are requested by superiors directly.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Eager to build a rewarding career within a professional law firm.
- From 1 to 3 years of relevant legal experience in transaction practice at a law firm.
- Proficient in written and spoken skills in English.
- Demonstrated qualities of diligence, professionalism, and the ability to excel under pressure.
