We are excited to announce an opening for a Legal Associate in our dynamic Legal Department. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, internal regulations, and policies.
- Assist with the application and management of licenses and registrations.
- Provide legal support and advice to the Board of Directors and departments.
- Update the team on new legal documents and regulatory changes.
- Prepare compliance reports and monitor submissions to state agencies.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate, Business, or Commercial Law.
- Having completed or currently pursuing a Lawyer Training Course is a strong advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English communication skills (writing and reading).
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Location: Level 3, TNR building, 180-192 Nguyen Cong Tru, HCMC.
