Mô tả công việc

LEGAL (70%):

Work with departments to develop and review internal governance policies and monitor compliance with internal policies.
Providing legal advice to BODs and stakeholders based on actual requirements related to business legal matters.
Research and report to BODs and stakeholders on factors that are likely to pose legal risks to the business and continuously update new laws, new regulations.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (30%):

Drafting and controlling the content of the company’s HR regulations, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the current Law and the company’s Rules/Regulations.
Advise and train managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems, employee grievances and labor discipline.
Represent the organization to meet and negotiate with employees, and the authorities (if any) on labor-related issues.
Handling labor disciplines and cases related to employee relations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the legal industry.
Have strong experience in handling employee relation issues.
Understand the provisions of the laws & decresss related to professional work of human resource management.
Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques, dispute resolution and compensation administration.

Lương: 25 Tr - 30 Tr VND
