Anduin is building cutting-edge technology that will change and modernize the legal industry with particular focus on venture capital and private market transactions. The legal analyst will be an integral part of this process by providing their legal insights and knowledge to optimize the technology for our customers and help us create technology that can make transactions easier and more transparent.
The candidate’s initial primary responsibility will be reviewing fund subscription forms for the venture, hedge, private equity, and similar funds and digitizing the forms. Going forward, as the company continues to grow and needs require, it is anticipated that review of contracts, legal research, and other similar work will be added to the candidate’s list of responsibilities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
- 1 year of working experience, preferably in the legal field
- Excellent command of English, oral, and written
- Attention to Detail
- Interest in technology in general and legal tech in particular
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-starter who does not need constant supervision
- Working place: District 1, HCMC.
