POSITION OBJECTIVE

Extensive experience in network administration, system management, and security management, with a minimum of 3 years in the field. The role involves managing and maintaining our network devices, servers, and security systems to ensure the smooth operation and protection of our IT infrastructure. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Network Administration:
- Manage and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and cabling. 
- Handle IP address assignments and DNS configurations. 
- Configure and manage VPNs, firewalls, and intranet systems. 
- Maintain leased lines to external entities. 
- Ensure network user maintenance and implement safety strategies. 
- Consult and improve network scalability to handle increased loads. 
System Management:
- Administer servers and operating systems. 
- Manage VMWare, Backup, Active Directory, and DNS systems. 
- Perform installations, upgrades, and storage management. 
- Handle software/server licenses management. 
Security Management:
- Implement and manage anti-virus and anti-malware solutions and other security tools. 
- Perform patching for server and network devices. 
- Develop security strategies and policies. 
- Manage and monitor firewalls and security policies. 
- Conduct periodic penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. 
- Protect company networks from external threats and intrusions. 
- Review and plan improvements to security measures. 
- Prepare and maintain documentation for infrastructure and security protocols 
Others: Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of IT.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

University Degree in a related field. 
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure & Security. Experience in Aviation, Finance, E-commerce, or Chain Services preferred. 
Highly proficient in Change Management, CI/CD, Release Management, and Hybrid Cloud / On-premises architecture. 
Strong high-tech discipline mindset, outstanding crisis management skills, and strict adherence to operational processes.
